Depression is a serious condition that needs to be identify and caught on time so the healing process can start as soon as possible. Our family members specially our elderly need for us to be aware of the symptoms of depression, so they can get help before it get worse. Identifying and treating depression is not a one person's job and is not a one fits all approach or treatment. We needs to get informed and ready to deal with it before depression grow roots and takes away the health and joy of our love ones.
